Registration procedure of new subject of settlement

1. The subject of settlement will fill in and send the “Form for Determination of Business-technological Rating” (XLS, 257 KB) to OTE in writing.
2. OTE will classify the subject into a Business-technological Rating Group. OTE will inform the subject about this classification electronically and in writing with a registered letter.
3. The subject of settlement will fill in and send the Form for Determination of the Amount of Financial Security (Appendix no. 2 of the Imbalance Settlement Contract). The form for the “Security for the higher position” regime (XLS, 63 KB), for the “Security for imbalance” regime (XLS, 72 KB).
4. Signature of the contract.

5. Within 10 days from the signature of the contract the subject of settlement will prove:

   • financial security in the required amount in accordance with the Imbalance Settlement Contract;
   • security for the benefit of the bank account of OTE in accordance with the Imbalance Settlement Contract;
   • authorization for collection of the required amounts in accordance with the Imbalance Settlement Contract
6. Start of trading.

All the steps are taken in cooperation with members of the RM Department of OTE.
