OTE, a.s. Business Terms for the Gas Sector
We publish OTE Business Terms for the Gas Sector (BTG). BTG including Appendices No. 2 and No. 3 were approved by the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) on 14 December 2009 (verdict No 06343 – 2/2009). The Business Terms and their Appendices hereof come into force on 1 January 1010. The original copy of BTG in paper form is deposited at the registered office of the OTE, a.s. (Market Operator).
