Subject of Settlement

Registration procedure and contracting an Agreement on Settlement of Imbalances (PDF 145 KB).
(It is an agreement between OTE a.s. and subject of settlement, valid from 1.1.2010)

1. Send a request to email address registrace-plyn@ote-cr.cz including following items:

a) Mention which an agreement you request to be contracted
b) Mention that whether  you are already registered in OTE’s CS, in power engineering department (i.e. you have got an ID RÚT)
c) Filled out 1st page of the agreement, according yours Company data (DOC 22 KB)
d) Filled out registration form type "B" (DOC 185 KB), on behalf of company
e) Filled out registration form type "C" (DOC 85 KB), on behalf of each person who will be accessing to the OTE’s CS
f) Appendix 3 to the Agreement – the table of  Persons authorized for communication (DOC 41 KB)
g) Appendix 2 Czech only (DOC 65 KB) – Form for determination of the amount of financial security
h) Address for invoicing. OTE will send there a registration invoice. Registration fee for SZ to OTE’s CS is 50 000, - CZK. Alternatively the invoice may be delivered another way like in person, via fax (provide fax number).
i) Mention an e-mail address that OTE will use for sending to you the procedure for issue a certificates that are required for participation in the testing of OTE’s CS Gas

Please provide only complete list of items.

2. Registration

OTE registers the subject of settlement into OTE’s CS according the data provided in form type "B" and "C". Furthermore OTE issues an invoice for 50 000, - CZK. It is the fee for registration of subject of settlement. The invoice will be delivered via required deliver method.

3. Components to access the OTE’s CS

New subject of settlement can obtain secure access to OTE’s CS upon accomplishing following, paying the invoice for registration. (Fee 50 000, - CZK), registering form "A" and "C", acquiring ID USER (the unique number of registered person).

Access to test environment
It can be acquired pursuant to recitals 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Furthermore the public part of certificate must be sent to an email address registrace-plyn@ote-cr.cz with a message subject "test". The access to test environment can be provided before lunching the productive environment.

Access to productive environment
It will be provided pursuant to contracting the settlement of imbalance agreement and pursuant to recitals 4th and 5th and pursuant to conditions of issuing the productive environment certificates.

4. Handover documents (paper form) and activation in OTE’s CS

a) After crediting the 50 000,-CZK to the account OTE - OTE prepare a fair copy of the agreement and send in pdf format to e-mail address specified in Part 1 letter i)
b) Actually registered SZ returns the signed agreement in paper form. Furthermore handover followings:

• Originals of forms types "B" and "C" that are signed
• Certified copy of extract from the Commercial Register 
• Certified copy of the appropriate license
• Proof of registration for VAT in the CR 
• Proof of acquisition of gas excluding tax

b) SZ must meet conditions of financial security + must have established a bank collection for the benefit of the accounts of OTE. SZ bank account must be kept in a bank located in the CR.

The agreement takes effect upon signature and effectiveness of the fifth calendar day. The precondition is fulfilling the conditions of financial security (financial security, collection order in favor OTE). Be aware of that not before 1.1.2010.

The activation of new SZ in OTE’s CS will be on 1st day of the following month when the agreement has taken effectiveness.

5. Financial security

Along with registration and preparation of agreement is under way a discussion of the financial security. "The Appendix No. 2 to the contract for clearing deviations" is consulted according to anticipated characteristics and scope of business. Mutually agreed Appendix No.2 must be signed no later than simultaneously with the contract.
