Old description:
Payment for the market operator's settlement activity [CZK excluding VAT]
New description:
Until 30 June 2024 - Payment for the market operator's activity [CZK excluding VAT], from 1 July 2024 payment for non-network infrastructure [CZK excluding VAT]

Changes made:
CDSGASPOF message definition - change the name of the rateID attribute of the meter element. The attribute will now contain a lowercase "d":
rateId - Meter number
