In accordance with Article 1.3 of the current ISR Terms and Conditions, we hereby submit for your comments a proposal for their amendment, with the planned effective date of 1 June 2026. The proposed changes reflect amendments related to the opening of accounts for regulated entities (EU ETS2), the possibility of using a new authentication method, the addition of provisions concerning liability for damages, as well as other procedural or formal changes.
