The procedure on conclusion of an Agreement on the access to the Energy Guarantees of Origin Auctions

1. Prerequisites

A. The applicant is an account holder in the Registry of Guarantees of Origin
B. A valid license for the generation of electricity, gas, or thermal energy; for the trading of electricity or gas; or for the distribution of thermal energy issued by the Energy Regulatory Office;
C. Bank account in a Czech bank or a branch of an international bank in the Czech Republic in CZK or EUR, using IBAN format.

2. Documents Required for Agreement execution

After completing the form, please save it and send it to the email: services@ote-cr.cz.

3. Access to Central System OTE (CS OTE)

1. Obtain access certificates for each person who will access to CS OTE.
2. Instructions on how to obtain a certificate for the production and testing are provided under the tab Access to CS OTE.

4. Agreement

1. OTE will prepare an original copy of the Agreement and send it in PDF format to the applicant’s e-mail address.
2. For the execution of the agreement please send:
   1. the signed Agreement in paper form (2 copies), or by e-mail 1 copy of the Agreement signed by the qualified electronic signature,
   2. in case of foreign companies a copy of the extract from the foreign commercial register (in Czech/English), it may be more statements to prove company identification and a list of statutory representatives.

5. Activation in the OTE system

A. You will be activated in CS OTE at the latest on the 1st day of the following month after the agreement has taken effect.
