CDSLDSREPORT - simple type qty_type message definition has been modified:
Old pattern and label:
"-?\d+(\.\d{1,3})?"
Decimal number to max. three decimal places (not exponential)
New pattern and label:
"-?\d+(\.\d{1,5})?"
Decimal number to max. 5 decimal places (not exponential form)
