<p>As of today, April 15, 2024, a coordinated testing of Intraday Auctions (‘IDA‘, Intraday Auction) is underway within the framework of the Single Intraday Coupling (\'SIDC\').</p> <p>The testing will continue for all market participants until Friday, May 3, 2024, in <em><a href="https://portal.isotetest.ote-cr.cz/otemarket/Login.jsf">15min sandbox</a></em> testing environment.</p> <p> </p> <p>A detailed testing schedule has already been provided to all market participants registered in the CS OTE system.</p>

<p>We would like to inform market participants that the web (portal) interface within the separate test environment "SANDBOX15min" has been activated since April 8, 2024. <p>The market operator reminds market participants who have received the contribution to cover energy costs (so-called savings tariff), the obligation arising from the Government Regulation No. 262/2022 Coll., §4, paragraph 3, to inform the market operator by May 31, 2024, about the contributions paid for the payment of energy costs for individual consumption points.</p>

<p>Yesterday, all Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) together with the Transmission System Operators (TSOs) organized an informative online webinar on the introduction of intraday auctions (IDAs) within the Single Intraday Electricity Coupling (SIDC).</p> <p>During the presentation, the project itself was presented, as well as the timeline of testing and implementation itself, the technical solution, changes to central systems and procedures within continuous trading and all associated specifications related to this project.</p> <p>A background <a href="https://www.nemo-committee.eu/assets/files/IDAs-information%20package-final-c0ca4ca554dd80597fdb286076f79017.pdf">information package on IDAs</a> has been published on the All NEMO Committee website and the webinar presentation is available for download <a data-val="24171f65ddb445e78d54cff7edad074a" href="https://www.ote-cr.cz/en/about-ote/ote-news/sidc-ida-pre-launch-event-presentation.pdf" data-linktype="internal">here</a>.</p> <p>The webinar thus supplemented the information presented by the market operator as part of the webinar held on March 7, 2024, on the introduction and testing of 15-minute products on short-term electricity markets, changes on the day-ahead electricity market, changes to the results of imbalance settlement, and the actual introduction and testing of intraday auctions. The workshop is expected to last 90 minutes. <strong>The webinar will be in Czech language only</strong>.  The subject of the workshop will be in particular:</p> <ul> <li>Presentation of the forms and work with the application for compensation of capped prices for end customers in CS OTE.</li> <li>Methodology of processing documents for compensation application - the most common errors in CSV files and how to avoid them</li> </ul> <p>An invitation to the event including login details has already been sent out by email on 15 February 2024 to <strong>suppliers delivering electricity and gas in the Czech Republic</strong>, a link with login details is also available on the CS OTE portal news bulletin.</p> <p>Pursuant to Article 14e(2) of the Regulation, if a trader does not submit a request for compensation for a specified period but has been granted monthly compensation for any month of the specified period or an extraordinary advance, the electricity or gas trader shall settle the difference between the compensation for the specified period and the total advance by returning the total advance to the market operator within 14 calendar days of the expiry of the deadline for submitting a request for compensation for the specified period.</p>
