In accordance with Section 7.6 of Business Terms of OTE, a.s., for the Power Sector, OTE locked the balance responsible party FLEXENERGY a.s., EAN 8591824636039, Company ID No. 19803567 on 23 October 2026 due to overdue payment of debt to Market Operator (OTE). Locking the balance responsible party means that it will no longer be able to perform the activities of the balance responsible party on the power market.

At the time of the lock, FLEXENERGY a.s. was not recorded at any point of delivery as a power supplier.
