Further to the publication of Government Regulation No. 298/2022 Coll., on the determination of electricity and gas prices in an exceptional market situation and Government Regulation No. 5/2023 Coll., on compensation provided for the supply of electricity and gas at fixed prices, we inform electricity and gas producers about the processing of requests for compensation (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Regulation").

In order to access the applications in the CS OTE system, it is necessary to duly fill in the "Application for electricity/gas producer for extension of access rights in CS OTE" available here: https://www.ote-cr.cz/cs/dokumentace/kompenzace  

The producer shall send the application signed by a member(s) of the statutory body or other authorized representative(s) electronically by a qualified certificate via a data mailbox (mailbox ID azefhvx).

Please note that OTE, a.s., does not decide on the allocation of extraordinary advance payment or its amount. In this matter, the Ministry of Industry and Trade shall be contacted, as the Ministry determines the amount of extraordinary advance payment in accordance with Article 15 of Government Regulation No. 5/2023 Coll.
