On the basis of Government Regulation No. 262/2022 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the market operator publishes on its website the format for transmitting data according to §4, paragraph 1 of the aforementioned Regulation, i.e. the notification of "Company with rate DXXd" and „the assignment of the distribution rate to delivery point (EAN OPM)“.

Basic information about the technical processing of documents for the contribution to the payment of energy costs and the process of transferring information between the market operator and the electricity trader/supplier according to § 4, paragraph 2 of the Regulation are available for download below.
