Invitation to the Webinars about the Schedule and Details of the Introduction of the 15-minute Settlement Period i
The market operator cordially invites all market participants to the webinars aimed at summarizing the schedule of planned changes to be implemented in the OTE’s information system (hereafter ‘CS OTE’) during June 2024 in connection with the introduction of the 15-minute settlement and trading periods in the Czech Republic on July 1, 2024 for the electricity commodity, and the related adjustments on the short-term electricity markets, including the introduction of intraday auctions currently planned for June 13, 2024. A detailed overview can be downloaded here (currently only available in the Czech language).
The first webinar will be organized on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 9:30 to 11:00 am. The purpose of this webinar is to provide a summary of the planned changes to be deployed in CS OTE during June 2024 and a detailed schedule for deploying individual changes to CS OTE within individual milestones. On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from 9:30 to 11:00 am, there will be the subsequent second webinar which will focus on clarifying the concrete steps and implemented changes in CS OTE associated with the transition to the 15-minute settlement and trading period as of July 1, 2024.
Both webinars will be online and will be held in the Czech language. Invitations to the events, including login details, will be emailed to all market participants registered in CS OTE, and the link with login credentials will also be available on the notice board of the CS OTE portal.
All market participants are requested to continuously monitor the market operator’s website, where all currently available information on the introduction of the 15-minute settlement and trading period and intraday auctions is regularly updated.
